To create an outdoor pullup bar, you need to keep in mind that it should stay last long and support your body weight and maintain your training.

Here are the overviews which should be followed to build up the pullup bars. These are:

    • First design and plan accordingly in which way you want to build your portable pull up bar.
    • Then drill holes in the posts to lock the pullup bars
    • Drill holes to set the bolt in the posts.
    • Make holes for the straight posts
    • Now finish the pullup bar with other undone tasks.

While building outdoor pullup bar, please follow the following steps:

    • First mark on the ground where the pull-up bar will be built.
    • Where you did the marks on the ground, make a square hole around 10inch*10inch in the middle of the market place. The holes should be at least 3ft deep.
    • After making the hole, another 2-3 inches holes are needed for the water drainage so that it can prevent the wood rotting, which will be used in the pullup bar.
    • For the wood preserver, you need to paint the wood posts.
    • Now you will need two or three people so that they can help you to build this outdoor pullup bar. While taking help from them, some steps should be followed:
    1. 1
They need to line with each other

    4. 4
Both posts need to be parallel
    • If you fill up one bag of dry PostCrete in the holes, then it will make firm the posts, and you need to re-check the levels also. After pouring the Postcrete, you have to add water and let it dry for three to five minutes.
    • After that, you need to mix the concrete by leveling off the hole and need to fix the bar also.
    • After doing all these, you need to measure the distance, whether it is correct or not, between the posts.
    • To make it more lucrative, paint the bar with red color.
    • Now you have set the posts where you want to do the exercise. Now make a drill in both sides by maintaining the level point by ½ inch - 4 inch.
